

The Cambridge Field
House is a masonry structure, constructed circa 1960. A comprehensive
construction project was completed to the complex that included interior and
exterior renovations including the roof.
Peterson Associates
scope of services on the project included an evaluation and design of the
existing roof system and related construction. The condition evaluation by
Peterson Associates revealed that the existing IRMA roof system had reached the
end of its useful service life. Plans and specifications were subsequently
prepared, for the replacement Multi-ply roof system, flashings, siding and
related materials. Full time construction monitoring was also included to help
coordinate the construction and assist in quality control. Renovations to the
building included removal and replacement of the existing roof and wall panel
system and associated flashings.
