ON SITE TESTING SERVICES

Leak Testing- Wall - Roof - Windows

1.) Meet with representatives of the Owner to review the building history and obtain relevant documents, including existing drawings, leak history information, etc..

2.) Perform an evaluation of the roof, flashings, drainage systems and exterior walls noting defects, deterioration, and conditions potentially contributing to leakage.  Review leak history and correlate active leaks to suspected sources of leakage.

3.) Perform on-site testing (water testing / leak testing) as required to identify sources and severity of water leakage.
