Construction Monitoring

1.)  Provide full or part time construction monitoring services to be performed by an engineering technician.

2.)  Monitor the contractor’s material storage and usage.

3.)  Act as a liaison between the contractor and Owner, Inc. designated project representative.

4.)  Review the condition of substrates and related construction materials during the process of removal of the existing materials; note non-conforming conditions and make recommendations for correction.

5.)  Observe and document the contractor’s operations and installation while on site noting non-compliances with the Contract Documents and the corrective actions taken by the contractor.

6.)  Document each day on-site with a daily report and photographic documentation of the work locus, project progress and unusual conditions.
