The Duncan & Russell Street Development in Everett, MA consists of 87 two story buildings.  An Existing asphalt shingle and built-up (flat) roof system had reached the end of its useful life and was allowing moisture infiltration and deterioration the structure. 

Peterson Associates performed a complete roof evaluation for the entire development.  Plans and specifications were prepared by Peterson Associates which addressed the roof deficiencies noted in our evaluation. 

Repairs to the buildings included replacement of the various roof systems, gutters & downspouts, chimney repointing and associated work on the 87 buildings.
