CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES

Construction Administration

1.) Review and comment on contractor submittals and shop drawings.

2.) Schedule, attend and document a preconstruction conference with representatives of the contractor, appropriate material/system manufacturer(s,) and Owner.

3.) Attend weekly project meetings with representatives of the contractor and      Owner.  Prepare and distribute minutes of each project meeting.

4.) Perform weekly project reviews on site documenting project progress and        general compliance with the Contract Documents.

5.) Review and certify the contractor’s monthly Application and Certificate for Payments.

6.) Prepare and distribute required Change Orders.

7.) Perform a punchlist inspection of the substantially completed project.

8.) Perform a final inspection of the completed punchlist items.

9.) Assist Owner through project close out, including review of the contractor’s project close out submissions.
